Kickoff & Parade at DeHart

(here's our map of porches!)
Kickoff gathering at DeHart Park playground starts at noon and it will include balloons, a fundraiser bake sale, free maps and schedules, and prep for the honk parade.
Looking for players for the HONK PARADE to kick off Porchfest.
No reading necessary! All family members and musical abilities welcome!
Just bring an instrument for blowing, strumming, shaking, or smacking and we'll teach you the rest.
Join us playing some groovin', honkin' New Orleans tunes in a parade that will lead us to the first Porchfest porch.
12-12:45pm - rehearsal led by Bill Tally, Jim Buchanan, and Ben Williams
12:45-1pm - parade
Location: DeHart Park, outside next to the playground
Fill out the volunteer form below; under "other" please write "honk parade." If you can help us during the rest of the afternoon, please let us know that too and we'll be in touch with more details.
